Hatha Yoga is a non-competitive enjoyable approach to total health.
In the course
of living our lives, stresses and challenges are inevitable. Through the postures, breathwork and
meditation practices, which together form the foundation of the Hatha Yoga practice, we learn balance and flexibility
in the face of the unpredictability of life, creating choice and freedom of movement.
By consciously releasing stored tension in the physical body that blocks the free flow of our life
energy, we are able to move from a place of contraction and fear to a place of expansiveness and
love.
